Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Typewise browser extension (the "Software") or visiting the website typewise.xyz (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install the extension or use the website.
License Grant
Rahul Pal Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal or commercial productivity needs, subject to the plan constraints selected at sign-up.
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the compiled Software packages unless explicitly permitted by license terms or under a verified open-source release.
Subscriptions & Fees
We offer a Free plan (with local-only storage) and a paid Pro plan (with cloud sync capabilities).
- Billing: Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual recurring subscription model.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied, contact billing@typewise.xyz within 14 days of upgrade for a full refund.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. RAHUL PAL LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RAHUL PAL LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF SNIPPET CONFLICTS WITH OTHER EXTENSIONS.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL RAHUL PAL LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ACCIDENTAL DISCLOSURE OF SNIPPETS DUE TO USER ERROR), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Governing Law
These terms and your use of the Software and Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
